About SearchNet Legal Solutions

Kathryn Calmes is the Founder of SearchNet Legal Solutions, LLC. She began her career as an attorney after graduating from LSU - Paul M. Hebert - School of Law in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. 

 

After practicing law for several years, Kathryn  joined a top ranked international legal recruiting company and worked as an Executive Legal Recruiter. During this time, she gained many years of experience with assisting worldwide corporations, AmLaw firms, and boutiques in finding attorneys for their open positions. In addition to matching attorneys to jobs, she has significant market knowledge that allows her to consult with both clients and candidates regarding market rates, retention policies, and best practices for career growth.

While Kathryn gained extensive knowledge and experience with her prior company, she wanted to create a business structure that was less transactional and more focused on building meaningful relationships. Kathryn founded SearchNet Legal Solutions with the goal of providing her clients with a quality of service tailored to the needs of each individual client and candidate.
